Privacy and security
Fireflies does not use personal information for AI model training and contractually prohibits its vendors from using it for their own model training. It is SOC 2 Type II certified and follows GDPR data protection and privacy standards. Single sign-on is available on the Enterprise plan, which also adds HIPAA compliance. A Fireflies indicator shows participants when the notetaker is active, and Fireflies asks users to get consent from participants before recording.
