Wrike's AI splits into two tiers. AI Essentials, covering content creation and editing, comment summaries, form and rule generation, Board AI and mobile inbox prioritization, is included free and unlimited under fair-use limits on every paid plan starting at Team. AI Elite is metered separately and only starts on the Business plan: it adds Wrike Copilot, an assistant built into projects that answers questions and summarizes work, and AI Agents. Wrike does not have a built-in AI meeting notes feature, and its search does not extend to other connected apps.
Working with other people
Team plans include one shared space plus a personal space. Viewer-role guests, inside or outside your organisation, are free and unlimited; a more capable Collaborator guest role is a paid add-on. Wrike integrates with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Miro, Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Creative Cloud, Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft Excel, and offers a public REST API and its own MCP server for connecting AI assistants.

The Free plan costs nothing, with unlimited users but a cap of 200 active tasks and 2 GB of storage per account, plus board and table views and the web, desktop and mobile apps. A 14-day free trial is available, with no credit card required.
Team costs $10 per user per month, billed annually, for 2 to 15 users, and includes AI Essentials unlimited under fair use; AI Elite is not available. Business costs $25 per user per month, billed annually, and is only available as an annual subscription; it adds AI Elite as a pooled monthly allowance of 300 actions across the account, covering Wrike Copilot, AI Agents and widget generation.
Privacy and security
Wrike does not use customer data to improve AI models, its own or those of Microsoft and other third parties. Only anonymised, non-specific usage statistics may be used to train Wrike's own models. It is SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 Type II certified, ISO 27001:2022 certified, and GDPR compliant, with a Data Processing Addendum for customers who request it. Single sign-on through SAML is available on the Pinnacle and Apex plans; Team and Business do not include it. Support runs through live chat and a help center for all paid accounts, a community, and phone support on a paid Premium support package.
