Team costs $11 a month ($7 a month billed annually) per user, allows up to 20 seats, and raises the AI allowance to 10 notes and 10 recordings per user each month. Business costs $23 a month ($15 a month billed annually) per user, allows up to 50 seats, and moves to unlimited AI notes and recordings, plus API access, advanced CRM integration with Salesforce and HubSpot, and keyword tracking. Enterprise is sold as a custom quote, referenced at $25 a month per user billed annually, with unlimited seats.
For one person, Solo costs $29 a month ($19 a month billed annually) and gives unlimited AI notes and recordings, plus Ask Fellow, the AI assistant that answers questions about your meetings.
Privacy and security
Fellow's AI is never trained on your data. It holds SOC 2 Type II certification, with its security controls independently audited over an extended period.
Fellow is also HIPAA compliant and GDPR compliant; a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is an Enterprise plan feature. Single sign-on with Okta or OneLogin is available.
Admins can turn on automatic pre-meeting disclosure emails to notify participants before a recorded meeting starts, though this is not on by default. Support runs through chat, email and a help center.
