Both are included from the Pro plan, metered against a monthly credit allowance rather than gated as a separate tier.

Unlimited workspaces organize projects, teams and clients. Guests are free on every plan, including Free, and only members count toward plan limits. Taskade integrates with Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, GitHub, Airtable and Shopify. A REST API is included from the Business plan up, and a hosted Taskade MCP server is available on every plan, including Free.

Pro costs $20 a month ($10 a month billed yearly), a flat price covering 10 users, and includes 50,000 AI credits a month, unlimited AI apps, agents and automations, and access to the full model roster. Business costs $50 a month ($25 a month billed yearly), a flat price covering unlimited users, and includes 150,000 AI credits a month, the REST API and 100+ integrations, and SAML single sign-on. Max costs $200 a month ($100 a month billed yearly), a flat price covering unlimited users, and includes 400,000 AI credits a month. Extra credits are sold in packs at $5 each.
Privacy and security
SOC 2 Type II and full GDPR compliance are still in progress. Single sign-on through SAML, via Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace or any SAML 2.0 identity provider, is included from the Business plan, with unlimited seats. Support runs through a help center; Business and Max plans add priority support.
