It doesn't record video itself, though a video can be linked to a transcript afterward by uploading a file or adding a YouTube URL. Users build their own reusable prompt sets, called prompt groups, for different meeting types, or start from Tactiq's ready-made ones, and can use AI across multiple meetings rather than one at a time. Tactiq doesn't offer shareable clips or highlight reels; meeting screenshots and transcript tags are the closest equivalent, and it doesn't handle in-person meetings.
Working with other people
Tactiq integrates with Google Docs, Confluence, Quip, Notion and Slack for notes and collaboration, and with HubSpot, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Jira, Salesforce, PipeDrive and Linear for work tools; meeting updates sync automatically to HubSpot contacts through Tactiq's AI Workflow Builder. Dedicated team spaces with auto-shared transcripts are available from the Team plan. The Business plan adds a beta MCP server and a beta Claude connector for linking Tactiq to other AI tools.

The Free plan is free forever for one user, with no credit card required: 5 AI credits a month, 10 transcripts a month, AI generated insights, and the ability to share and export transcripts. There is no separate time-limited trial; the Free plan itself is how new users try the product.
Pro costs $12 a month ($8 a month billed annually) for one user and doubles the AI allowance to 10 AI credits a month, with unlimited transcripts. Team costs $20 a month ($16.67 a month billed annually) and moves AI credits to unlimited, adding dedicated team spaces. Business costs $40 a month ($29.17 a month billed annually) and adds SAML SSO and the beta MCP server and Claude connector.
Privacy and security
Tactiq doesn't use meeting data to train its AI models. It is SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR compliant, and HIPAA compliant. The Business plan adds SAML SSO. Tactiq notifies meeting attendees in the meeting chat when it is being used to transcribe, an opt-in setting. All infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform in the United States, with no EU data residency option. Support is available through chat, email and a help center.
