An AI Focus Time goal defends time on the calendar for deep work, and an AI Planner automates a daily plan and manages smart events around it. Reclaim syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Scheduling links let others book time directly, and AI Tasks flexibly schedules tasks into the calendar. Team workspaces run from up to 10 seats on the Starter plan to up to 100 seats on Business. Reclaim integrates with Slack, Zoom, Google Tasks, Todoist, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Linear and Raycast, alongside Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and Microsoft Teams. It also has its own MCP server, so ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot can view and manage a user's calendar directly.
Reclaim pricing: what each plan gives
The Lite plan is free forever and gives a 1 user team, a 1 week scheduling range (scheduling links excepted), 1 Calendar Sync, 1 Scheduling Link, 5 AI Agents, limited AI Assistant chat, and limited integrations (Google Tasks, Slack, Zoom and Google Meet).
Starter costs $12 a month per seat ($10 a month billed yearly), supports up to 10 seats, and gives 10 AI Agents per seat, standard AI Assistant chat and 3 Scheduling Links. Business costs $18 a month per seat ($15 a month billed yearly), supports up to 100 seats, and gives 100 AI Agents, expanded AI Assistant chat and unlimited Scheduling Links. Enterprise is not sold on a monthly term; billed yearly it costs $22 a month per seat and gives unlimited AI Agents and unlimited AI Assistant chat.
A 14-day free trial of the Business plan is also offered, separate from the permanent free Lite plan.
Privacy and security
Reclaim does not use your personal data, including calendar and app data, to train AI models, and does not let its providers do so, "unless we have separately and explicitly obtained your prior consent." Reclaim is SOC 2 certified and committed to complying with the GDPR and CCPA. Single sign-on and SCIM user provisioning are on the Enterprise plan.
Support runs through chat, email and a help center, with support tiers rising from Community to Dedicated by plan.
