Each task runs in a sandbox with internet access, a persistent file system and the ability to install software, so Manus can search the web, run code and shell commands, and work through a job step by step on its own. Scheduled Tasks run jobs on a timetable.
Wide Research runs parallel research across many items and returns complete reports and datasets. You can upload data files and ask what you want to learn, and Manus handles the analysis and the charts. It also generates images from a description.
Projects are persistent workspaces with shared instructions and files, so each new task in a project starts with the same context. Manus connects to Gmail, Notion, Slack, Google Calendar, GitHub, Stripe, Shopify and Zapier.

The Team plan adds shared spaces where colleagues work together, with shared projects, skills and instructions, plus single sign-on and granular sharing permissions. Team is sold through sales. A REST API lets you create and manage Manus tasks from your own code and build automations around them.
