Image generation is a Premium-plan feature, not available on Free. Agents can switch into an Auto Mode for multi-step tasks, such as researching before preparing a report, and Skills chain connector calls together, for example creating a Notion brief, Asana tasks and a Slack post in a single run. A Memory tool keeps personal details and specifics across conversations so you do not have to repeat them.
Working with other people
Organizations let a team share Knowledge Bases and Agents. TextCortex connects to Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, Gmail, Jira, Asana, ClickUp and Zendesk, among other apps, and it has its own MCP connector framework that lets you connect any third-party system's MCP server yourself. It also has a Text Generation API you can use from your account settings.

Premium costs €29.99 a month per user (€23.99 a month per user billed yearly) and adds access to all major models, image generation and included AI model usage; every seat comes with a token wallet worth half of that seat's monthly license fee in compute value. Prices are shown excluding VAT. Enterprise is priced by contacting the company and adds everything in Premium plus dedicated deployment, centralized billing and priority support.
Privacy and security
None of TextCortex's customer data is used to train or fine-tune models. It is SOC 2 Type I and Type II certified, and ISO 27001 certified. Its services are hosted exclusively in the EU on GDPR-compliant servers, including the third-party AI models it connects to. Single sign-on, SCIM and SAML are included on the Enterprise plan. Support runs through email, a chat widget, Discord and a help center.
