Kaedim is an enterprise 3D production service that pairs AI generation with in-house artists who check the output, turning sketches, photos and briefs into textured, rigged, game-ready assets. Whether it suits you depends on how you buy 3D work: Kaedim sells custom-priced plans to production teams through sales, with no free plan and no public price list.

What is Kaedim?
Kaedim is a web-based platform with an API and plugins. It works as a production partner rather than a self-serve app: every team is assigned a customer success manager and an art lead, and assets go through artist review, with unlimited revisions and custom styles.
It is aimed at game, product and e-commerce teams that outsource the production of 3D assets.
Making 3D models with Kaedim
Kaedim converts an image into 3D within minutes, whether the image is a sketch, artwork or a photo. For more than one view, each view goes in as a separate image. Text works in two steps: a text prompt becomes a 2D image you are happy with, and that image becomes the 3D model.
Texturing produces textures in a range of styles as part of a game-ready pipeline, with PBR outputs including DirectX or OpenGL normal maps, albedo or diffuse, specular and glossiness, and roughness and metalness maps.
Kaedim's outputs are made from quads, separated into multiple meshes and watertight. Polygon counts run from 500 to 300,000 for Prototype assets and from 500 to 2,000,000 for Game-ready assets, with LODs as well.
The rigging step delivers a ready-to-use rig that lets you animate every part of an asset, using Kaedim's default rig or your own rig templates. Kaedim does not animate assets; animation happens in your own tools.
Assets export as GLB, glTF, OBJ, FBX, USD, textured OBJ (OBJ plus MTL) and images. Plugins connect Kaedim to Unity, Blender, Unreal Engine and NVIDIA Omniverse.
Working with other people
The API lets your own end customers create in 3D by submitting an image, with webhooks for the results. Each team works with a customer success manager and an art lead, and documentation is at docs.kaedim3d.com.
Kaedim pricing
Kaedim's plans are custom priced and agreed with each team through sales. Volumes are set per team, with no fixed minimum. There is no free plan or self-serve tier.
The custom assets made for your projects are yours, with full ownership and commercial rights.
Privacy and security
Kaedim does not train on your data. In its own words, "Your data is private, isolated, and never used for general training", and concepts, references and outputs are kept separate for each project.
Kaedim is ISO 27001 certified and acts as the data controller for your information under the GDPR. Contact runs through the customer success manager each team is assigned, and through the contact form on the site.
Who Kaedim suits
Kaedim suits game, product and e-commerce teams that outsource 3D asset production and want AI speed with artist review, quad topology, rigging, LODs and polygon budgets set per asset. Assets come with full ownership, project data stays out of training, and Kaedim is ISO 27001 certified.
It suits less well individuals and small creators who want to try a model generator on their own, since there is no free plan, no self-serve tier and no public price. Teams that need motion applied to their assets will do that step in their own tools.
