Working with other people
Every plan, including Hobby, lets you invite team members and share recordings, with the maximum team size capped by plan. Castmagic imports from Zoom, Google Meet and Loom recordings, Google Drive, RSS feeds, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Vimeo, and connects to other tools through Zapier. API access, available from Starter up, sends recordings in and pulls renders out over REST, and a Claude MCP connection lets Claude query your Castmagic library directly.

Hobby costs $29 a month, or $19 a month billed annually, and includes a growing library of 30 transcribed hours you build up over time, plus unlimited AI content, Studio clips and integrations. Starter costs $69 a month, or $48 a month billed annually, with a 100-hour library.
Team costs $199 a month, or $139 a month billed annually, with a 400-hour library and five included seats. A Business & Scale tier sits above Team, starting from $999 a month, or $699 a month billed annually.

Castmagic suits podcasters and teams who want a transcript turned straight into show notes, newsletters, quotes and social clips without writing each piece by hand, and who want recordings pulled in automatically from Zoom, Google Meet, RSS or YouTube. The Claude MCP connection and REST API suit anyone building that output into another tool.
It suits less well anyone who wants to try it for free first, since there's no free plan or trial, or someone working solo who needs API access on the cheapest tier, since that's a Starter-and-up feature.
