Genspark Review

Genspark is an AI workspace built around Super Agent, an autonomous agent that plans a task and finishes it in its own sandbox. It also brings chat, slides, sheets, docs, image and video tools together. It is best for people who want one agent to handle research and documents end to end.

Research-based review. Features and prices are checked on the vendor's own website, and the score is worked out from those facts. We haven't tested it hands-on yet.

The verdict

Worth trying if you want one agent to finish research, slides and documents on its own; the catch is that flagship models spend credits and the free allowance is a lifetime total.

Pros

  • Super Agent runs in a dedicated sandbox with a real browser and can execute code.
  • Slides, sheets, docs, image, video and audio tools share one credit pool with the agent.
  • Core chat and image models are included at no credit cost within a fair-use limit.
  • It connects to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Jira, Salesforce and Affinity.

Cons

  • The Free plan gives 100 credits per day up to a lifetime allowance, and the daily refill stops when it is used up.
  • Flagship models use credits, and there is no free trial of a paid plan.
  • AI Chat on its own does not remember past conversations, and SecondBrain is the memory layer.

How the Spec Score works

Scored from what Genspark publishes on its own site. Not a hands-on test.

Compared with 11 AI assistants. Facts checked 14 Oct 2026.

A fact the vendor does not publish gets half the points, or the typical value for a number, and says so. It never counts as a no. How we score.

Genspark is an AI workspace built around Super Agent, an autonomous agent that plans and finishes multi-step work such as research, slides and documents. It runs on a credit system with Free, Plus, Pro, Team and Enterprise plans. What decides whether it suits you is how many credits you spend, since flagship models and agent work draw on the credit pool.

What is Genspark?

Genspark is a cloud service with web, Windows, Mac, iOS and Android apps and a Chrome extension. Its site and help center come in 19 interface languages, including English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese and Arabic. Beyond Super Agent it has AI chat, slides, sheets, docs, and image and video tools, all under one credit pool.

What you can do with Genspark

Super Agent runs in its own sandbox with a real browser, and it can execute code. Around it sit named agents for Deep Research, AI Slides, AI Sheets, AI Docs and AI Image, plus a Realtime Voice agent and Speakly voice dictation. The AI Image agent handles image generation, and video and audio generation are also available. Speakly dictation is capped at 4,000 words per week on the Free plan.

AI Chat has a model selector. The default model is Claude Haiku 4.5, and Genspark also uses a Mixture-of-Agents approach that combines models from several companies, including Anthropic's Claude. Core chat and image models are included at no credit cost within a fair-use limit, while flagship models use credits.

Deep Research is a named agent in the workspace, so a research question runs as its own task. Web search is built in, and Genspark can analyze files you give it. AI Chat on its own does not remember past conversations, and SecondBrain is the memory layer.

Genspark connects to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Jira, Salesforce and Affinity.

Slides, sheets and docs each have their own agent, so a research task can end in a finished deck, a spreadsheet or a document. All of this draws on the same credit pool as the agent, and a weekly Free Quota covers Standard mode.

Working with other people

The Team plan supports 2 to 150 people, with content shared by permission. Single sign-on is on the Team and Enterprise plans. Team is billed per seat on monthly billing, and each seat comes with 10,000 credits a month. Enterprise is priced by custom quote, and its seats start at 20,000 credits per month.

The Free plan gives 100 credits per day up to a lifetime allowance, 1 GB of AI Drive storage, limited access to AI models and agents, and Speakly voice input of 4,000 words per week. When the lifetime allowance is used up, the daily refill stops. There is no free trial of a paid plan.

Plus costs $24.99 a month, or $19.99 a month billed annually ($239.99 a year), with 10,000 monthly credits (higher tiers are available), 50 GB of AI Drive and a weekly Free Quota for Standard mode. Pro costs $249.99 a month, or $199.99 a month billed annually ($2,399.99 a year), with 125,000 monthly credits (higher tiers are available) and 1 TB of AI Drive.

Team costs $35 per seat a month on monthly billing, with 10,000 credits per seat per month. Enterprise is custom, and seats start at 20,000 credits per month.

Privacy and security

Genspark holds SOC 2 Type II. On Team and Enterprise, your workspace is automatically opted out of model training. Support runs through a Help Center and a support team contact route.

The paid plans add more credits and more AI Drive storage: Plus has 50 GB and Pro has 1 TB, against 1 GB on Free.

Who Genspark suits

Genspark suits people who want one agent to plan and finish multi-step work such as research, slides and documents, with a real browser and a sandbox for the work. It also suits teams of 2 to 150 who want shared content and single sign-on on the Team plan, and anyone who wants slides, sheets, docs and media tools under one credit pool. It also suits people who work in Slack, Notion, GitHub, Jira or Salesforce, since Genspark connects to all of them.

It suits less well people who need a lot of agent work on a small budget, since the Free plan is limited by a lifetime allowance and the daily refill stops when it is used up. It also suits less well anyone who wants plain chat with memory, since AI Chat on its own does not remember past conversations.
