Arcads is an AI ad platform for UGC-style video ads, built around a library of more than 1,000 AI actors who read your script and can hold your product on camera. Whether it suits you depends on how many ads you make each month, since every plan is a monthly pool of credits and dollar prices only appear inside the app.

What is Arcads?
Arcads is operated by FRESHR SAS, based in Mont Saint Aignan, France, and was founded by Dylan Fournier and Romain Torres. It runs as a web app, and it can also be used from Claude and ChatGPT through the Arcads MCP and ChatGPT app.
Besides talking-actor videos, Arcads makes static image ads, translates ads with lip sync, turns one ad into many variations and runs an AI agent called Mark that builds and publishes ads from a brief.
Making ads with Arcads
You pick an actor from the library of more than 1,000, or create your own AI avatar. Actors can hold your product, show your app or wear your clothes. You write the script and how the actor should perform it, and Arcads generates the voice, lip sync and emotion. Talking actors speak 74 languages with accents.
Voice cloning costs 80 credits on Starter and Creator and is free on Pro and above. Captions come in 16 styles, including Insta and TikTok styles, with AI captions on Creator and above. Translate Video dubs an ad with lip sync into 176 language and accent options, at 240 credits per started 30 seconds per language. B-roll is generated with AI or pulled from your own Google Drive or Dropbox; there is no built-in stock library.
Every plan gets all models up to 4K, with the actual resolution depending on the model you choose. Static ads can be made one at a time or in a batch. Workflows, on Creator and above, turn one winning ad into 20 UGC variations in a single run.
When you add a brand, Mark reads your website and product pages and fills a brand memory with an overview, products, brand voice and target audience; saved logos, fonts or colours are not part of it. Mark then makes ads from a brief and can analyse a Meta campaign, clone the winning ad and publish a new one. Arcads can post to Meta and TikTok, including TikTok for Business ad uploads, and to X, and each post needs your approval. Connected Meta and TikTok ad accounts show your running ads and their results, and in Claude you can ask the Arcads MCP to pull competitor ads for ideas.
A talking-actor video up to 2 minutes costs 800 credits.
Working with other people
Teammates are invited by email, and team seats are included on Pro and above. The public API also comes on Pro and above, alongside the Arcads MCP that every plan gets.
Arcads pricing: what each plan gives
Dollar prices are not published outside the app; they appear only after sign-up. Every plan is a monthly pool of credits shared by every model and tool, and yearly billing is 20% off.
Starter gives 8,000 credits a month and Creator 16,000. On both, generation stops at the limit and credits reset each cycle. Pro gives 48,000 credits, Scale 96,000 and Business 192,000; from Pro up, unused credits roll over and extra usage is billed. Enterprise is custom, through the sales team.
There is no free plan. A 72-hour trial gives 1,000 credits with all features; it needs a card, and Starter starts automatically unless you cancel.
Privacy and security
Arcads trains on what you supply. Its terms grant FRESHR "the right to train FRESHR's artificial intelligence models for the purpose of improving the Services" over your scripts, prompts and media. Data from connected Google Drive, Dropbox, Shopify and TikTok accounts is excluded from training.
Arcads processes personal data under the GDPR. There is no SOC 2 report and no single sign-on. Ads made with Arcads can be used commercially under a non-exclusive licence, with limits: no misleading advertising, no breaking ad-platform rules, and AI-actor videos must be taken down if the actor withdraws consent.
Every plan can reach support by email or from inside the app, weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm Paris time. Pro and above add direct Slack and calls with the Arcads team.
Who Arcads suits
Arcads suits brands, e-commerce sellers and performance marketers who test many UGC-style ads and want actors holding the product, translations with lip sync and batch variations without filming. Teams that run Meta and TikTok campaigns can let Mark clone winners and publish new ads, each with their approval.
It suits less well anyone who wants to see the price before signing up, since dollar prices sit inside the app and the trial needs a card. Businesses that do not want their scripts, prompts and media used for training should know Arcads trains on them.
