Privacy and support
Uizard's terms say that designs, prototypes, design systems and screenshots created on the Free and Pro plans may be used to fine-tune and train its AI models, with no opt-out described for those two plans; Business and Enterprise customer content is excluded from that clause. Uizard states its approach to GDPR directly in its privacy policy. Neither SOC 2 certification nor SSO is mentioned on Uizard's Enterprise or pricing pages.
Support runs through email and an in-app AI Help Assistant, backed by a help center; there is no live human chat.
