ByteFlow is a no-code builder for AI agents, workflows and business apps, with ready modules for voice calls, document extraction, browser automation and messaging. The builder itself opens a waitlist and has no published prices, so what decides whether it suits you is whether you can wait for access or need one of its modules now.

What is ByteFlow?
ByteFlow is made by DifferentByte Technologies Private Limited, based in Kochi, Kerala, India. The builder runs on the web, and a Chrome extension adds the ByteFlow Meeting Bot to Google Meet calls.
Alongside the builder, ByteFlow sells four modules: VoiceFlow for voice calling agents, DocumentFlow for document extraction, BrowserFlow for browser automation and ContentFlow for email and WhatsApp messaging.
Building agents with ByteFlow
Agents are built in a drag-and-drop interface that creates, connects and configures them into workflows, and a Text to Workflow Builder starts one from a written description. The builder also covers business apps and frontend UI. Several agents can work independently and coordinate on one larger goal, and workflows can run on a schedule or repeat.
Before an agent goes live, you can run its workflow in a sandbox to preview behaviour, debug the logic and test interactions. Agent records show each run's triggers, tools used, outcomes and timestamps.
BrowserFlow takes over repetitive online work such as form filling, data entry, navigation and scraping, including in older systems that have no API. It detects changes in a page's interface, handles exceptions and learns from failures. ByteFlow Bot's browser automation can run on your own machine or in the cloud.
DocumentFlow handles documents such as invoices, KYC files and claim forms, with audit trails built in. VoiceFlow places calls, and ContentFlow sends emails and WhatsApp messages. Agents can also reach people through a website chat widget, and Telegram appears among the channels.
Connections and integrations
ByteFlow connects to more than 700 apps through its connectors and offers more than 100 MCP integrations. Named ones include Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Notion, Monday, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Shopify, Freshdesk, Supabase, Dropbox, Reddit, X, YouTube and Wikipedia. ByteFlow also offers a Custom Connector SDK.
ByteFlow pricing
The agent builder has no published prices: its Get Started button opens a waitlist, and the builder is sold through demos. No plans are published for it.
Only the voice agent, ByteFlow Voice, shows prices, in Indian rupees: ₹1.99 to ₹5.99 a minute on the Basic plan, which comes with a limited set of Indian and global languages. Enterprise is priced per minute on request for businesses with high call volumes and covers 9 Indian and 10 global languages. ByteFlow Voice offers a free trial.
Privacy and security
Workflow data is sent to AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. ByteFlow does not use Google Workspace data to train models. Workflow run logs are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically, and you can delete a run's results sooner from the app. Data from a connected integration is kept only while the integration stays connected, so scheduled and recurring workflows can run.
There is no SOC 2 report and no ISO 27001. Support runs through email, phone and a community on Discord.
Who ByteFlow suits
ByteFlow suits businesses that want to automate work across many apps without code, especially browser tasks in older systems with no API, document extraction, and voice or WhatsApp outreach. Teams that need a calling agent can start with ByteFlow Voice, which is priced per minute in rupees and has a free trial.
It suits less well anyone who needs to sign up and start building today, since the builder is behind a waitlist, or who wants to compare costs before a demo, since the builder has no published prices.
