Podsuite is a browser-based web app: you upload an episode and it processes that one file into a set of written assets. There is no desktop or mobile app.
What you get from a recording
Every plan labels who is speaking, so a conversation with two or three people comes back with speakers separated rather than as one unbroken block of text. The transcript exports as plain text or as an SRT subtitle file, ready for video captions or YouTube, though there is no synced, click-to-correct editor for fixing mistakes in place. Podsuite does not translate the transcript into another language.
From that transcript it also generates chapters with timestamps and titles, plus a show notes summary. On the Pro and Agency plans, the same material is turned into a blog post and social posts as well; that step is not included on Creator. Podsuite does not cut or export clips itself: it surfaces highlighted quotes and timestamps so you can make the clip in your own editor. It works only from an uploaded file, not from a live call or stream.
Working with other people
There is no public API and no listed integrations with other tools. Podsuite runs only in the browser, and the Agency plan is priced for a team managing several shows, but there is no shared workspace or way to invite teammates.
