The licensing question, put plainly
Adobe says Firefly is trained on Adobe Stock and public domain content where copyright has expired, and positions the output as commercially safe. Midjourney runs on a proprietary model whose training data is not disclosed in the same way. Whether that exposes you to anything depends entirely on what you are making and who you are making it for, and it is a question to answer before a campaign ships rather than after.
